Noticing Patterns
Lately, I have been noticing a clear pattern across my work with clients at Lacuna Global.
What people seem to value most is not just the deliverables, timelines, or systems. It is the peace of mind. The clarity in the vision. The trust that things are being handled and will move forward without constant checking, reminding, or worrying.
That kind of mental offloading matters more than we sometimes name.
As a founder and as a parent, I think a lot about how much invisible cognitive load we all carry. The constant balancing, tracking, remembering, and anticipating. I know how powerful it feels when someone steps in and says, “I’ve got this.”
Being able to offer that sense of steadiness and follow-through to researchers and teams, especially in the middle of everything else they are juggling, is one of the things I love most about this work.

Upcoming Events
APHA Abstract Applications are currently open and due at the end of March. My clients have found this to be a valuable opportunity, and one worth putting some time and effort into.
I’m looking forward to learning more about The Cognitive Neuroscience Society Annual Meeting and the NARST Annual International Conference as clients attend these in the coming month. Getting to know these communities has been an exciting new part of my work.
